A series of ongoing "Business Workout Sessions" developed for Business Owners, Presidents and corporate leaders. These sessions are based on Awayre LayersTM, our proprietary 360-degree business building System that gets you to "work" all facets of your business, starting with "Inspiration Point" - your unique source of inspiration - and ending with actionable, repeatable Systems - Business Habits - in Marketing & Sales, Finance, Operation, Customer Service, Technology, Human Resources and Leadership & Management.

REMPOWER Connect Certification System

REMPOWER Certification Systems that motivates you to master the building of a business the most effective way possible, by building one.  The certification consists of 9 levels of business mastery starting from "White Belt" and ending with �Black Belt� and continuing to 9 additional degrees of black belts.

Based on the Martial Arts Belt System, the members start with White Belt, progress through 7 colors of the belt levels and finally achieve the Black Belt degrees 1 through 9. The 17-Level Certification System reinforces our belief that business and human performance development is a life-long pursuit with no "graduation" date. Participation in the certification program is optional and decided at the time of enrollment.

In each of the sessions, we address these seven layers. We do have a different focus every time. The time and attention we give to each layer in a particular session may vary depending on the focus of the session. But there is always a method that we follow in each session that is basically identical, yet the experience of going through it for a participant is always unique.

I Want Quick Results. Would I Have to Wait One Year Before I Get Results?

No, you don't have to wait the whole year before getting results. In fact, you will start getting results only after attending one session.
 
However, we are not the one-shot training type of a shop, like so many companies out there. We believe in transformative change with real results in all areas of your business. These changes gather force one session at a time, while your business builds strength and power to become the kind of business you want it to be.
